Term of Usage

Owner agrees to provide a fully furnished property for the Guest to use during the specific term designated on the online reservation. Fully furnish includes towels, extra linen, toilet paper, paper towels enough for the guests included on the reservation as it appears online at HomeAway.com.

Guest agree to vacate the premises on the morning of the last day of the reservation, prior to 11 am, unless an extension of the term of usage has been authorized in writing and payment for the extension has been received. Other guests might arrive the same day of the check out so late check out can be authorized upon availability and for a $30 fee per hour for a maximum of 4 hours if available.

Check in Procedure   Guest will receive a few weeks prior to the arrival date a welcome email using the online system with all the information to get access to the house.

Check out procedure  Guest will find a check out procedure booklet on the property as well as the WiFi information.

Security procedure  The marketing website will block and redact all information about phone numbers, emails, and address to protect the guest and owner information until this agreement has been paid online partially or in full.
Once payment is made all information is open to communicate between Guest and Owner.

Cancellations  VRBO, as the Marketing Website will post the cancelation policy on each property prior to the reservation. The policies can vary from No Refund, Firm and Relax. For the present time, our selection is the FIrm Cancelation Policy.

Firm Cancelation  All cancellations during the last 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable. Cancellations between  60-31 days can choose between 50% refund or to change the reservation to a future date. Cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival may cancel without any penalty and may receive a full refund or a full credit for a future booking.

Refunds being offered by Marketing Website  VRBO will offer Guest a full refund of all payments, for a small fee insurance policy at the time of the reservation. Guest is free to exercise this offer or not. It is not mandatory.

Refunds being offered by Owner Owner does not offer a refund if another policy is in place to avoid a duplicity or double the return upon a cancellation. Owner offers credit for a future stay at any of owner available properties if Guest has not received a refund from the marketing website.or did not elect to purchase a CSA travelers insurance at reservation.

Payments by Guest All reservations must be paid up 60 days prior to the reservation. Payments, in more than one installment, are offered by the Owner, online, for reservations made several months in advance.

Reservation process Owner agree to block online the dates reserved by the Guest so no other guests will be able to reserve the same dates once this becomes an agreement.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement for purposes of the reservation process.
